DIRECTIONS TO POOLS FOR AWAY MEETS:
Pine Knoll Rec Center - 1970 Allen Street, Springfield: MAUS-5 south. Take I-91 S/US-5 exit Longmeadow. Keep right following signs for MA-83S. Continue onto MA-83S. Take right onto Sumner Avenue. Continue onto Allen Street. Rec center will be on right shortly after St. Patrick’s church.
Wilbraham – Minnechaug Regional High School-621 Main Street-Wilbraham : Take Mass. Turnpike to Exit 7 (Ludlow). Turn right after paying toll. Go to first traffic light. Turn right at fire station (Chapin Street). Go as far as you can on Chapin Street, through lights to stop sign. Bear right. Go over metal bridge and continue to stop sign at intersection with Route 20. Turn right onto Route 20. Go under RR overpass, and then turn left just past the Wilbraham Fire Dept. You are now on Main Street in Wilbraham. Travel approximately 3 miles on Main Street, past Wilbraham-Monson Academy at center of town. After passing Bennett's Turkey Farm, turn right at sign: Minnechaug Regional High School and Mile Tree School
MONSON – Quarry Hill Community School: Mass Pike to exit 8 (Palmer) Turn right at end of ramp onto Rt. 32 South. Turn left at next light and continue on 32 S. (also Rt. 20 East). Turn right at blinking light (second set of lights) and continue on Rt. 32 S. Over bridge Rt. 32 S turns left. Continue on Rt. 32 S. until you pass the Wing Medical Center on your left. You are going to turn right onto Thompson Street. At the end of Thompson St. you are going to turn right. Quarry Hill will be on your right about 1/8th mile. Go up the driveway and turn right, head to back of building. The pool is located towards the back of building on the side. Door is marked.
Ludlow Boy’s and Girl’s Club: From Mass Pike eastbound, take exit 7 (Ludlow/Belchertown). Take a right turn at exit and go to the next light. This will be Chapin St. Take a right turn onto Chapin St. Follow Chapin St to traffic light just before Mass Pike underpass. Take a left onto Sportman Way (there is no street sign). Boy’s and Girl’s club will be at end of street on left.
Agawam Jr. High: Take Memorial Ave. (Rt. 147 W) to the Agawam-West Springfield Bridge. Over Bridge, Take right onto Springfield St. Follow past Sarat Ford to Southwick St. Bear right onto Southwick St. Go to next light (Stop & Shop will be on your right) and turn Left into Agawam Jr High entrance. Pool is in the back on the left side.
Longmeadow High School - 95 Grassy Gutter Road-Longmeadow : 1: From 91 South take Rte. 5 Longmeadow/Forest Park exit. Go straight on Rt. 5 until the Rt. 192 sign(Williams St.). Turn left, continue up Williams St. go through the light. The High School is on the left after the Williams Middle School. The pool driveway is off of Williams Street. -OR - From the East Longmeadow Rotary, take Maple St. past the East Longmeadow High School. Continue on into Longmeadow. This is now Williams St. you will go around and behind the Big Y and take a right. The pool is the first Right.
Palmer High School : Take Mass Pike to exit 8 (Palmer Exit). Go left onto Rt. 32 North. Go 1 mile then turn left at light onto High Street. Go ½ mile and bear left at Variety Store. Go 1/10 mile more to stop sign. Take left, go 1 mile. Take left onto Main St. Palmer High School is on the left.
Westfield Boy’s and Girl’s Club: Follow Route 20 Into the center of Westfield. Bear left around the town Green and onto Broad Street. Follow Broad Street through the next light. Once past the intersection, you will see a Big Y on your left. Just past this, you will see Amelia Park. Turn right into Amelia Park. The Boy’s and Girl’s club is located in the park.
Chicopee High School: Take I-91 South to Exit 12 to I-391N. Next, take exit 2, Chicopee Center exit and bear right onto Center Street. Follow Center Street into the center of town. At second light, City Hall will be directly ahead. Past light bear right around City Hall. This will be Front Street. Follow Front Street to 3rd light. Entrance to High School will be on the right at the light.
Amherst (Totman Pool/UMASS - 30 Eastman Lane, Amherst): Take I-91 North to Exit 19 to RT-9. Turn right onto RT-9. Stay on RT-9 for about 6 miles than turn left onto South Pleasant Street. Turn left on North Pleasant Street. Follow the signs and stay on North Pleasant Street. Turn right on Eastman Lane. Totman gym will be on your left.
East Longmeadow High School: 1. From Rt. 91, take exit 1 (Longmeadow, Rt. 5) follow Rt 5 to 2nd set of traffic lights and turn lcft onto Converse St. Follow Converse St. to the end and take a right onto Dwight Rd. At the next set of lights take a left onto Maple St. The High school is about 1/2 mile down on your right.2. From Rt. 21 follow towards East Longmeadow (Parker St. in Springfield, Elm St. in East Longmeadow). Follow Elm St. to the rotary in the center of East Longmeadow. At the stop sign take the 2nd street on your right, Maple St.. The high school is about a 1/2 mile down on your left. The pool area is through the door at left side of the front of the building.4 Lanes.
Smith College Ainsworth Building - Dalton Pool -102 Lower College Lane, Northampton : From Rt. 91, take exit 18 Northampton. Turn left onto Pleasant St. (Rt. 5 N). Follow this to the first light, Main Street (Rt. 9). Turn left onto Main St. and through downtown Northampton. Main St will bear right past City Hall. At Second light, turn left onto West St. (Rt. 66). Follow West St. about a mile. You will see the new physical plant (red brick building) on your right. Just past the plant and just before the dike, turn right into the college. The Aisnworth Gymnasium will be the second building on your right. Parking will be in front of the building.
Springfield High School of Science and Technology: Take I-91 to I-291, take Exit 5B onto Page Blvd. Get into the left lane for a left turn onto Roosevelt Ave at the next light. Follow Roosevelt Ave to American International College. Just before the underpass, turn left onto Gaucher St. The entrance to the school will be on the left. The pool entrance faces the parking lot.
Chicopee Comprehensive High School: Take I-91 to I-391. Take Exit 4 Grattan Street. At end of ramp turn right onto Grattan Street. Take your third left onto Rolf Street. The school is at the end of the street.
Belchertown - Chestnut Hill Community School-59 State Street-Belchertown : From West Springfield, take Rt. 91 North to Exit 16. Turn Right off exit onto Rt. 202. Follow Rt. 202 East through Holyoke. South Hadley Falls, and Granby into Belchertown. The Swim Meet will be held at the Chestnut Hill Community School, which is located off of Rt. 202 approximately across from the Belchertown State Hospital. The entrance sign is on Rt. 202.
-OR-Option 2 - Exit 7 off I-90 EAST (MASS PIKE). Take Exit 7 and Turn right onto MA-21 N. Continue 9.5 miles and take right onto State Street. School will be .2 miles on right.
South Hadley- Michael E. Smith Middle School - 100 Mosier Street, South Hadley: From Rt. 91 North take exit 16 and bear right off ramp (Rt. 202 N). At 2nd set of light you will see the Yankee Pedlar Inn. Continue straight, this becomes Beech St. Go through 8 more sets of lights and continue across Mueller Bridge. Take 2nd exit off rotary and follow 202 N. Take second exit off 202 N (approx. ¼ mile) onto 116 N. You will pass high school. You will go through a set of lights at intersection of Newton and Lyman Streets. Keep going straight to next set of lights, then turn right onto Mosier St. The Middle School will be located on your left and the pool will be located in the back of the building.
Easthampton – White Brook Middle School 1. From Rt. 91, take Eashampton Rt. 141 exit 17B. Follow up and over mountain. This is Rt. 141 Holyoke Street. Follow this until stop light and go straight through. At next stop sign, take left onto Park St. Go past Williston-Northampton Academy. School is on the left about ½ mile down.2. Follow Rt. 20 into Westfield until light at Bertera Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. Turn right onto East Mountain Rd. Follow this past Rt. 202. Stay on this road into Easthampton and look for White Brook Middle School on the right.
Montague - Turners Falls High School ( 222 Turnpike Rd., Montague 01351 ) (6/16/18): 91 North to Exit 24 US5/Rt-10 to Deerfield; take a right on State Road; take a sharp right on to Cheapside Street; take right on Turnpike Road. The school should be on your right. GPS estimates it is about 45 minutes from West Springfield.
