BLUEFISH SWIM CLUB - WILLISTON AQUATIC CLUB
The Bluefish Swim Club is a year-round, competitive swimming team offering instruction, training, and competition to young people of all ages and abilities. We are a USA Swimming program, open to all swimmers in the Connecticut River Valley and beyond. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve their swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to international competitor.

PIONEER VALLEY AQUATIC AVENGERS
The Aquatic Avenger Mission is to help our societies youth grow into world-class citizens through the sport of swimming. The Avenger experience is one that facilitates athletic achievement by shaping and strengthening character attributes that drive success in life, not just the pool. We measure success through the personal and athletic growth of each individual Avenger and our success will never be measured by the number of All-American’s, Olympians, etc; produced by our program.

WESTFIELD YMCA WAVE SWIM TEAM The YMCA WAVE Swim Team is an age group swimming program that focuses on all of our swimmers developing their abilities in a competitive swimming program that stresses overall growth, both personally and athletically, in a safe environment. We actively promote the four core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility as our foundation. This enables our members to develop in a competitive team environment that will give them the skills necessary to be successful in swimming and in life. Swimmers compete on local, New England, and national levels based on their ability. They learn daily about team spirit and setting personal goals. This program is open to all swimmers between the ages of 5 and 18 who can swim 25 yards of at least one competitive stroke. A two-week "free trial" period is available for any new team members.

CHAMPIONSHIP OVERNIGHT SWIM CAMP @ UMASS We provide our camp participants with an excellent opportunity to improve their swimming skills in the four competitive strokes and their associated starts and turns. Two swimming sessions are held each day, emphasizing stroke technique improvement. Each day one stroke is highlighted in lectures, drills and video taping. This camp is for resident campers and commuters.

CHAMPIONSHIP DAY CLINIC AT UMASS
This clinic will provide all of the participants with an excellent opportunity to improve their swimming skills in the four competitive strokes and their associated starts and turns. Two swimming sessions will be held each day, emphasizing stroke technique improvement. Each day one stroke is highlighted in the lectures, drills and video taping. Each swimmer will have an opportunity to have all their strokes filmed, viewed and reviewed by our knowledgeable staff. Some conditioning work is included in the afternoon session, but the clinic’s primary goal is stroke technique improvement.
Lectures on dry land training, general nutrition, goal setting and proper race strategies may also be part of the daily program

NIKE SWIM CAMP AT THE WILLISTON NORTHAMPTON SCHOOL
The Nike Swim Camp at the Williston Northampton School is designed to bring out the very best in every swimmer we coach. We accomplish this by providing ongoing constructive feedback during each pool session. Our ultimately goal is to help competitive swimmers improve their stroke technique and to gain confidence, in/and out of the pool, so they can compete at the next level.
HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE
- Stroke technique refinement for competitive swimming
- Low camper to staff ratio and 24 hour supervision
- Small group and individual stroke analysis/instruction
