MEET INFORMATION:
Meet Book:
1. Parents need to sign up their swimmer for the meet NO LATER THAN TUESDAY of that week for a Saturday meet or NO LATER THAN THURSDAY for a Tuesday meet.
2. Please be sure to check "YES" or "NO" and INITIAL. If you do not sign the book it is assumed that your swimmer will NOT be swimming. He/she will NOT be entered into the meet.
Meet Info:
1. Swimmers need to arrive at the pool for the meet 15 minutes BEFORE the posted warm up time (the schedule posts warm up times.)
2. Meets are scheduled to begin ½ hour after the posted warm up time. It is important that all swimmers arrive and participate in warm up time.
3. All changes in meet attendance need to be made 15 minutes prior to the start of the meet. If a swimmer is running late, then the coach must be notified to avoid the swimmer from being scratched from the meet. Unfortunately, if the swimmer arrives late and has not notified the coach, she/he will not be allowed to swim in the meet.
4. In the event of illness or emergency the day before or the morning of a meet, please be sure to contact the coach ASAP so he can make the necessary changes.
5. Please be sure to have your swimmer check in when they arrive at the meet and ALL SWIMMERS MUST CHECK OUT WITH COACH BEFORE THEY CHANGE AND LEAVE THE MEET!!!
6. All swimmers MUST stay on deck during the meet. Please, NO wandering or horse playing around the school. We will not go looking for swimmers before their race, so please remind your swimmers to stay in the pool area ON DECK!
